Vehicle Hire Services

Booking Process

When you submit a booking request through our website:

• Your request is not a confirmed booking until we send written confirmation
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request
• Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation
• Pricing is accurate at the time of request but may be adjusted based on final rental terms

Rental Requirements

To hire a vehicle from us, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid full driving licence for a minimum of three years
• Provide proof of identity and address
• Have no major driving convictions in the past five years
• Provide a valid payment method

Vehicle Use

When hiring a vehicle from us, you agree to:

• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
• Not sublease or lend the vehicle to others
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition during the rental period
• Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• Not drive under the influence of alcohol or substances
• Not use the vehicle for racing or competitive events

Insurance and Liability

Our rental prices include comprehensive insurance coverage. However:

• An excess may apply in case of damage or theft
• Coverage may be void if terms are violated
• You are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during rental
• You must report any accidents or damage immediately

Pricing and Payment

Rental Charges

Rental charges include:

• The daily or package rate for your selected vehicle

• Roadside assistance
• Standard mileage allowances as specified

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Excess mileage beyond agreed allowances
• Late returns without prior approval

• Cleaning fees if vehicle is returned excessively dirty

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of vehicle collection. We accept major credit and debit cards. A security deposit may be held and released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

Cancellation and Modifications

Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before collection: full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before collection: fifty percent refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before collection: no refund

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if:

• The vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
• You do not meet rental requirements at collection time
• We have reasonable grounds to believe the rental may be used unlawfully

In such cases, we will provide a full refund but are not liable for consequential losses.
